护士共情能力管理在精神科护理安全管理中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Nurses'Empathy Ability Management in Psychiatric Nursing Safety Management

目的评估精神科护理安全管理中护士共情能力管理的作用。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院精神科的42名护士为样本,按照数表法分为一般组和管理组,每组21名。一般组行一般管理,管理组行共情能力管理,评估共情能力,比较管理质量、管理安全事件和满意度。结果管理前,两组护士共情能力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理后,管理组的换位思考、观点采择、情感护理分值高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理组的管理技能、管理流程、管理优化分值高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理组护理不良事件总发生率(0)低于一般组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理组护士满意度高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士共情能力管理后能规避安全事件,提高护士满意度,且能从多维度增强护士共情能力,保持较高精神科管理质量,建议在精神科管理中使用。

Objective To evaluate the role of nurses'empathy ability management in psychiatric nursing safety management.Methods A total of 42 nurses from the psychiatric department of Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as samples.They were divided into general group and management group according to the number table method,with 21 nurses in each group.General group general management,management group empathy ability management,assessment of empathy ability,comparison of management quality,management of security incidents and satisfaction.Results Before management,there was no statistically significant difference in empathy ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After management,the scores of transposition thinking,perspective taking and emotional nursing in the management group were higher than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of management skills,management process and management optimization in the management group were higher than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the management group(0)was lower than that in the general group(19.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses in the management group was higher than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Management of nurses'empathy can avoid safety incidents,improve nurse satisfaction,enhance nurses'empathy from multiple dimensions,and maintain a high quality of psychiatric management.It is recommended to be used in psychiatric management.
