综合性管理在介入导管室护理管理中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Comprehensive Management in Interventional Catheterization Laboratory Nursing Management

目的探究综合性管理在介入导管室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月山东健康集团淄博医院12名介入科护士作为研究对象,2020年1—12月为实施前,开展常规管理模式,2021年1—12月为实施后,实施综合性管理;实施前后均为同一批护士,实施前后分别选取46台设备,对实施前后护理人员工作记录调查情况、护理质量、设备准备合格进行对比。结果实施后护理文书书写情况及健康教育质量等护理质量评分显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后设备准备合格率高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后护理人员的准备时间明显短于实施前,治疗期间物品摆放程度、治疗后物品归位摆放程度评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对介入导管室护理管理中实施综合性管理,可显著改善患者工作记录调查情况,提高设备准备合格率,保障护理质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive management in nursing management of interventional catheterization laboratory.Methods 12 nurses in the interventional department of Zibo Hospital of Shandong Health Group from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The routine management mode was carried out from January to December 2020 before the implementation,and the comprehensive management was carried out from January to December 2021 after the implementation.and the same group of nurses were used before and after the implementation.46 devices were selected before and after the implementation.The investigation of nursing staff's work records,nursing quality and equipment preparation before and after implementation were compared.Results Nursing quality scores such as writing of nursing documents and health education quality after implementation were significantly higher than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of equipment preparation after implementation was higher than that before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The preparation time of nursing staff after implementation was significantly shorter than before implementation,and the scores of the placement degree of items during treatment and the placement degree of items after treatment were higher than before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive management of interventional catheter room nursing management can significantly improve the investigation of patients'work records,increase the qualified rate of equipment preparation,and guarantee the quality of nursing.
