PDCA护理管理在输血的标准化规范管理中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of PDCA Nursing Management in the Standardized Management of Blood Transfusions

目的分析在输血的标准化规范管理中应用PDCA的效果。方法回顾性分析2022年2月—2023年2月淄博市淄川区医院输血科22名护理人员的工作效果资料。2022年9—2023年2月进行PDCA护理管理模式,设为PDCA组;2022年2—8月进行常规护理管理模式,设为常规组,两组均为同一批工作人员。对比两组输血不规范、申请单合格状况。结果PDCA组申请单合格率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PDCA组不规范事件发生率比常规组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在输血管理中,运用PDCA循环管理方式,有利于输血系统的改善,促进输血申请单合格率的提升,减少输血不规范问题的发生。

Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA in the standardized management of blood transfusion.Methods Retrospectively analysed of the work effectiveness data of 22 nursing staff in the Blood Transfusion Department of Zichuan District Hospital in Zibo City from February 2022 to February 2023.From September 2022 to February 2023,the PDCA nursing management model will be established as the PDCA group.From February to August 2022,the routine nursing management model was established as the routine group,with both groups being the same group of staff.Compared the status of non-standard blood transfusion and qualified application forms between the two groups.Results The qualification rate of application forms in the PDCA group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of non-standard events in the PDCA group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In blood transfusion management,the use of PDCA cycle management method is conducive to improving the blood transfusion system,promoting the improvement of the pass rate of blood transfusion application orders,and reducing the occurrence of irregular blood transfusion problems.
