In the context of the new medical reform,the ideological and political work of hospitals is facing various opportunities and challenges.Moreover,with the deepening of reform,the concepts,methods and models of ideological and political work have undergone major changes,and have begun to gradually adapt to the development trends of the new era.Therefore,in order to better play the role of ideological and political work,it is imperative to accurately analyze the problems encountered in actual practice,understand the root causes of the problems,and propose corresponding solutions to promote the innovative development of ideological and political work.Based on this,this article discusses the practice and innovation of ideological and political work in hospitals under the background of the new medical reform.
