人性化管理对儿科护理管理护患纠纷及护理质量的影响

The Influence of Humanized Management on Nurse-patient Disputes and Nursing Quality in Pediatric Nursing Management

目的分析人性化管理对儿科护理管理护患纠纷及护理质量的影响。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月山东颐养健康集团淄博医院儿科30名护士为研究对象,随机分为两组,各15名,对照组采取常规护理管理,观察组采取人性化护理管理,分析其对护患纠纷的影响。结果观察组护患纠纷发生率低于对照组,护理质量(风险预防、指导、心理、环境)高于对照组,护士对工作的满意度高于对照组,护士认知能力高于对照组,护士各项指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理管理中应用人性化管理,可减少护患纠纷的发生,优化护理质量,提高护士对工作的满意度以及护士的认知能力。

Objective To analyze the effects of humanized management on nurse-patient disputes and nursing quality in pediatric nursing management.Methods 30 pediatric nurses from Zibo Hospital of Shandong Health Health Group from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,randomly divided into two groups,15 with each group,the control group adopted routine nursing management,the observation group adopted humanized nursing management,and their impact on nurse-patient disputes was analyzed.Results The incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the nursing quality(risk prevention,guidance,psychology and environment)was higher than that of the control group,the job satisfaction of nurses was higher than that of the control group,the cognitive ability of nurses was higher than that of the control group,the score of various indicators was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized management in pediatric nursing management can reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes,optimize nursing quality,and improve nurses'satisfaction with their work and cognitive ability.
