护理分层级管理模式对泌尿外科护理管理质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Hierarchical Nursing Management Model on the Quality of Nursing Management in Urology Department

目的分析护理分层级管理模式在泌尿外科护理管理工作中的融合使用效果。方法本次研究选取2022年1月—2023年7月间永州市第三人民医院泌尿外科未发生任何职称、岗位等变动的30名护理人员为研究对象,2022年1—10月之间入组研究对象采用常规模式管理,将相关资料计入对照组;2022年11月—2023年7月之间入组研究对象采用分层级管理模式管理,将相关资料计入观察组。对比两组护理管理效果。结果观察组护理管理质量各项评分均高于对照组,护理管理相关医疗工作人员考核各项成绩及总分均高于对照组,护理人员工作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科护理管理工作中,护理分层级管理模式的融入可提升整体护理管理质量及工作人员工作效率,增强护理人员工作满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of the integrated use of hierarchical nursing management model period of our hospital in urological surgery nursing management.Methods In this study,30 nurses who did not experience any changes in titles or positions in the Department of Urology,Yongzhou Third People's Hospital from by conventional mode January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.The enrolled subjects from January to October 2022 were all management by conventional mode,and the relevant data will be included in the control group.The enrolled subjects from November 2022 to July 2023 were all managed by hierarchical management mode,and the relevant data will be included in the observation group.Compared the nursing management effects of the two groups.Results All scores of nursing management quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,all assessment scores and total scores of medical staff related to nursing management were higher than those in the control group,and the job satisfaction of nursing staff was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of urology department,the integration of hierarchical nursing management model can improve the overall nursing management quality and staff work efficiency,and enhance the job satisfaction of nursing staff.
