基于B/S的血液透析信息管理系统的设计与应用

摘要 为有效提升血透中心医护人员日常工作效率和诊疗质量,实现血透治疗的全流程管控,本文采用浏览器和服务器(browser/server,B/S)架构,Mysql数据库、Java开发语言和分层架构设计,构建血液透析信息管理系统,并运用集成平台改造治疗过程中的关键节点,设计基本功能模块,包括患者信息管理、智能排班、透析治疗等全业务流程,实现数据自动采集、存储自动化,医护记录结构化,从而协助血透中心提升医护工作效率。 In order to effectively improve the daily work efficiency and quality of diagnosis and treatment of medical staff in hemodialysis centers,and achieve full-process control of hemodialysis treatment,this article uses browser/server(B/S)architecture,Mysql database,Java development language and layered architecture design to build a hemodialysis information management system,and uses the integrated platform to transform key nodes in the treatment process and design basic functional modules,including patient information management,intelligent scheduling,dialysis treatment and other full business processes,realizing automatic data collection and storage,and structure medical records,thereby assisting hemodialysis centers to improve the efficiency of medical care.
