转化医学理念在外科学临床教学中的效果分析

Effect of Translational Medicine Concept in Clinical Teaching of Surgery

目的分析转化医学理念在外科学临床教学中的效果。方法选取2021年1—12月在新疆医科大学第三临床医学院外科实习的70名医学生为研究对象,按入科序号分组,单号为对照组,共35名实习医学生,实施常规传统教学法,双号为研究组,共35名实习医学生,实施转化医学理念,比较两组实习医学生的理论成绩、实践操作成绩、教学满意度。结果研究组实习医学生理论成绩、实践操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习医学生对教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科学临床教学中采用转化医学理念可提高理论、实践成绩及教学满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of translational medicine concept in the clinical teaching of surgery.Methods Seventy medical students practicing in surgery in the Third Clinical College of Xinjiang Medical University from January to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were grouped according to the admission sequence number,with a total of 35 medical interns as the control group and the conventional traditional teaching method implemented,and 35 medical interns with an even number as the research group and the translational medicine concept implemented.The theoretical results,practical results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical scores of medical students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of medical interns in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of translational medicine in the clinical teaching of surgery can improve the results of theory,practice and teaching satisfaction.
