摘要
目的探讨以专业为导向的影像阅片教学在系统解剖学实验教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9—12月和2022年9—12月新入齐齐哈尔医学院医学影像学专业1班50名学生,教师按入学评分把学生分成研究组和对照组,每组25名,对照组采用标本和数字人教学模式,研究组在对照组教学模式的基础上采用影像阅片教学,两组学生进行调查问卷和期末成绩对比。结果研究组调查问卷各项满意度、期末考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以学生专业为教学导向,在系统解剖学实验教学上融入影像阅片,激发学生学习本门课程的兴趣,培养临床思维,为以后学习医学影像学专业课程打下坚实铺垫。
Objective To explore the application effect of professional-oriented video reading teaching in systematic anatomy experiment teaching.Methods A total of 50 students from Class 1 of Medical Imaging Major in Qiqihar Medical College were selected from September to December 2021 and September to December 2022.The teachers divided the students into study group and control group according to the year of admission,with 25 students in each group.The control group adopted the teaching mode of specimen and digital person,and the research group adopted the teaching mode of video reading on the basis of the control group.The two groups of students were compared by questionnaire and final grades.Results The questionnaire satisfaction and final examination scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion With the teaching orientation of students'major,the systematic anatomy experiment teaching is integrated with video reading,which stimulates students'interest in learning this course,cultivates clinical thinking,and lays a solid foundation for future study of medical imaging courses.
