城市社区公共卫生管理的实践分析

Practical Analysis of Urban Community Public Health Management

本文针对城市社区公共卫生管理实践存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的对策。采用现场调查的方式,了解社区公共卫生管理现状,发现我国社区公共卫生管理工作中普遍存在着对卫生管理工作不够重视、资金投入不足、管理体制不健全等问题。并且得出结论,在疾病预防和控制过程中,社区公共卫生管理发挥着举足轻重的作用。并提出以“家庭医务室”为平台,构建并完善“六位一体”社区公共卫生管理服务体系,转变服务观念,积极开展社区公共卫生管理服务体系建设的探索与实践,不断提高社区居民对医疗服务的需要,保证居民的身体健康。

This article analyzes the problems existing in the practice of public health management in urban communities and proposes corresponding countermeasures.Using on-site investigation to acknowledge the current situation of community public health management,it was found that there are common problems in community public health management in our country such as insufficient attention to health management,insufficient capital investment,and imperfect management systems.It was concluded that community public health management plays a pivotal role in the process of disease prevention and control.using the"Family Clinic"as a platform,we will build and improve the"six-in-one"community public health management service system and change the service concept.Actively carry out exploration and practice in the construction of community public health management service systems,continuously improve community residents'needs for medical services,and ensure the health of residents.
