关于医院行政管理人员胜任力模型构建的研究

摘要 在医院运营发展的实践过程中,行政管理工作具有非常重要的作用。行政管理工作地统筹有序开展,关系着医院各项事业的健康发展,也关系着医院诊疗业务的深入推进。医院行政管理人员胜任力模型的构建为医院管理层提供了一项有力的工具,用于选拔、培养和评估行政管理人员。通过准确评估管理人员的胜任力,医院能够合理分配资源、提高效率,并在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出。因此,医院应该立足于新时代的发展要求,科学把握好行政管理工作的突出重要作用,积极提升和增进行政管理人员的胜任力,科学优化其工作成效,更好地助力医院发展。 In the practical process of hospital operation and development,administrative management plays a very important role.The overall planning and orderly development of administrative management work is related to the healthy development of various undertakings of the hospital,and is also related to the in-depth advancement of the hospital's diagnosis and treatment business.The construction of a competency model for hospital administrators provides hospital management with a powerful tool for selecting,training,and evaluating administrative personnel.By accurately assessing the competencies of managers,hospitals can rationally allocate resources,improve efficiency,and stand out in fierce market competition.Therefore,hospitals should be based on the development requirements of the new era,scientifically grasp the prominent and important role of administrative management,actively improve and increase the competency of administrative managers,scientifically optimize their work effectiveness,and better promote the development of the hospital.
