摘要
人口老龄化是我国当前与未来面临的重大社会难题,老年人急危重症的及时救治是影响老年人健康状况和治疗效果的关键节点。医养结合机构是能够施行老年人院前急救重要的场所,其院前急救工作面临诸多挑战,本文总结国内外医养结合机构急救体系建设的研究进展,并结合国内医养结合机构院前急救工作开展实际,对如何开展好适合我国医养结合机构医疗保障特点的院前急救工作进行探讨。
The aging of the population is a major social problem that my country faces now and in the future.Timely treatment of critical illness in the elderly is a key node that affects the health status and treatment effects of the elderly.Integrated medical and nursing care institutions are important places where pre-hospital first aid can be provided for the elderly,and their pre-hospital first aid work faces many challenges.This article summarizes the research progress on the construction of first aid systems in integrated medical and nursing care institutions at home and abroad.Based on the actual development of pre-hospital first aid work in domestic integrated medical and nursing care institutions,this paper discusses how to carry out pre-hospital first aid work that is suitable for the medical security characteristics of my country's integrated medical and nursing care institutions.
