摘要
评价为提升高校“三全育人”综合改革实效,为保证“三全育人”综合改革决策正确提供可靠依据,是整个高校“三全育人”综合改革的有机组成部分。针对“谁来评”“评什么”“怎么评”“评价结果如何用”等问题,紧紧围绕立德树人这一根本任务,从评价主体、评价指标、评价方法、反馈机制等维度探讨如何建立一套科学有效的高校“三全育人”综合改革评价体系,为推动新时代高校“三全育人”综合改革科学化、规范化、可持续发展提供重要参考。
As an organic part of the comprehensive reform of“Three-whole Education”,evaluation not only improves the effectiveness of the comprehensive reform in colleges and universities,but also provides a reliable basis for ensuring the correctness of decision.In response to the questions of“who will evaluate”“what toevaluate”“how to evaluate”and“how to use the evaluation results”,closely focusing on the fundamental mission of fostering virtue and talent,this paper tries to discuss and research how to establish a set of scientific and effective evaluation system for the comprehensive reform of“Three-wholes Education”in colleges and universities from the aspects of evaluation subject,evaluation index,evaluation method,feedback mechanism,in order to provide an important reference for promoting the scientific,standardized and sustainable development of the comprehensive reform of“Three-whole Education”in colleges and universities in the new era.
