党的二十大为新时代全面推进乡村振兴指明了重要方向。农村基层党建组织能否有效引领乡村振兴,关系着现代农村的发展成效,而当前农村基层党组织领导能力不强、运行机制有待完善、服务效能有待提高等问题,影响了乡村振兴实施的效果。为此,需重视农村基层党组织体系建设、完善农村基层党组织运行机制、提升农村基层党组织服务水平,发挥好农村基层党组织的重要作用,全面推进乡村振兴。
