海南开放大学农民中等职业学历继续教育学习成果认证的实现路径

A Preliminary Study on the Certification of Learning Achievements of Hainan Farmers'Secondary Vocational Education

学习型社会以促进人的全面发展和全体人民共同富裕为出发点。全民终身学习的提出及普及,为广大农民挖掘自身潜能、发挥自身才能创造了机会。继续教育是农民获得终身教育的重要方式。立足海南自由贸易港建设对高素质农民需求的实际,在构建海南“培训-中职-高职-本科”贯通培养的农民终身教育体系、“校本模式”农民学分银行“立交桥”、电视夜校“线上+线下”农民中等职业学历继续教育教学模式路径下,开展农民中等职业学历继续教育正规学习成果、非正规学习成果和非正式学习成果认证,实现“看电视夜校、得学历学分、拿中专文凭”,推动农民生产实践性成果、职业培训、技能培训等非学历继续教育与学历继续教育衔接,为海南建设学习型乡村、培育“学习型”农民提供借鉴。

The learning society is based on the promotion of all-round human development and common prosperity of all people.The proposal and popularization of lifelong learning for all has created opportunities for farmers to tap their potential and develop their talents.Continuing education is an important way for farmers to obtain lifelong education.Based on the reality of the demand for high-quality farmers in the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,and under the construction of Hainan's"training-middle vocational-higher vocational-undergraduate"lifelong education system for farmers,"overpass"of farmers'credit bank and TV night school"online+offline"continuing education for farmers,we carry out the certification of formal learning outcomes,informal learning outcomes and informal learning outcomes of continuing education for farmers'secondary vocational education to promote the connection between non-academic continuing education such as farmers'practical achievements in production,vocational training,and short-term training with academic continuing education,realize"watching TV night school,obtaining academic credits,obtain technical secondary school diplomas",and provide reference for Hainan to build learning-oriented villages and cultivate"learning-oriented"farmers.
