问题导向视域下高校思政教育创新性改革探究

Exploring the Innovative Reform of College Ideological and Political Education from a Problem-Oriented Perspective

问题导向作为一种教学方式,包含问题的发现、分析、解决整个过程。在高校思政教育中增加问题导向设计,不仅能促进学生知识的内化和应用,还能提升学生的问题意识和思辨能力。但由于问题导向在高校思政教育实施中的差异性,存在师生问题意识缺失、教师对问题把握不到位、教学内容脱离实践、评价体系难以引导学生思考等问题。基于此,高校思政教育要强化问题意识,加强教师技能培训,丰富教学内容,完善评价体系,为思政教育创新性改革提供动力。

As a teaching method,problem oriented approach involves the entire process of discovering,analyzing,and solving problems.Adding problem-oriented design to college ideological and political education can not only promote the internalization and application of knowledge among students,but also enhance their problem awareness and critical thinking ability.However,due to the differences in problem orientation in the implementation of college ideological and political education,there are problems such as a lack of problem awareness among teachers and students,inadequate grasp of problems by teachers,detachment of teaching content from practice,and difficulty in guiding students to think through evaluation systems.Based on this,college ideological and political education should strengthen problem awareness,enhance teachers’skill training,enrich the teaching content,improve the evaluation systems,and provide impetus for innovative reforms in ideological and political education.
