海藻提取物对不同品种甘蔗抗旱性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 海藻提取物作为一种生物刺激素,具有提高作物抗旱性效果,而对于同一作物不同品种是否具有相同效果则鲜有报道。本研究通过盆栽试验,开展海藻提取物对10个不同品种甘蔗的抗旱性评价,以及不同干旱胁迫下海藻提取物的应用效果评价。根据不同甘蔗品种抗旱系数大小及海藻提取物对甘蔗抗旱系数的提高幅度,将10个甘蔗品种分为4个类型,类型Ⅰ:干旱抗性-海藻提取物高响应型(新台糖22号、粤糖94-128);类型Ⅱ:干旱抗性-海藻提取物低响应型(崖城07-71、粤糖00-236);类型Ⅲ:干旱敏感-海藻提取物高响应型(桂糖02-467、福农41号、粤糖03-393、粤糖93-159、粤糖03-373)和类型Ⅳ:干旱敏感-海藻提取物低响应型(海蔗22号)。不同干旱条件下海藻提取物对甘蔗抗旱性的影响结果表明:施用海藻提取物对干旱敏感品种粤糖03-393在轻度和中度干旱条件下的缓解效果较好,对干旱抗性品种新台糖22号在中度干旱胁迫下的缓解效果较好。 Seaweed extract,as a biostimulant,can improve the drought resistance of crops,but there are few reports about whether it has the same effect on different varieties of the same crop.In this study,the drought resistance of seaweed extract to 10 different varieties of sugarcane was evaluated by pot experiment,and the application effect of seaweed extract under different drought stress was evaluated.According to the magnitude of drought resistance coefficient of different sugarcane varieties and the increasing range of seaweed extract to sugarcane drought resistance coefficient,10 sugarcane varieties were divided into four types:Type Ⅰ:drought resistance&high response to seaweed extract(ROC22,Yuetang94-128);Type Ⅱ:drought resistance&low response to seaweed extract(Yacheng07-71,Yuetang00-236);Type Ⅲ:drought sensitive&high response to seaweed extract(Guitang02-467,Funong41,Yuetang03-393,Yuetang93-159,Yuetang03-373)and Type Ⅳ:drought sensitive&low response to seaweed extract(Haizhe22).The effect of seaweed extract on the drought resistance of sugarcane under different drought conditions showed that the application of seaweed extract had better relief effect on drought-sensitive variety Yuetang03-393 under mild and moderate drought conditions,and better relief effect on drought-resistant variety ROC22 under moderate drought stress.
