粤港澳大湾区背景下高校学生国际化能力提升路径研究——以广州高校为中心 被引量:2

摘要 广东省较低的国际化教学水平拉低了粤港澳大湾区整体高校学生的国际化能力。为探究粤港澳大湾区国际化人才培养路径,文章借助SPSS软件和多元回归模型,考察了粤港澳大湾区高校学生国际化能力现状以及可能的影响因素。结果显示,大学生国际化能力水平一般偏差,个体特征、个人国际化经历和学校国际化环境分别以14%、46.2%和35.2%的程度显著影响其国际化能力。针对大湾区存在的国际化课程设置、国际化项目缺乏广度深度的问题,可以从重视在地国际化建设、优化国际交流项目两方面提升学生的国际化能力水平。 The low level of international teaching in Guangdong Province has reduced the internationalization ability of the overall university students in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area.In order to explore the path of international talent training in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area,this paper uses SPSS software and multiple regression model to investigate the current situation and possible influencing factors of the internationalization ability of university students in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area.The results showed that the general deviation of college students’internationalization ability level,individual characteristics,personal internationalization experience and school internationalization environment significantly affected their internationalization ability by 14%,46.2%and 35.2%respectively.At the same time,the Bay Area has the problem of international curriculum and lack of breadth and depth of internationalization programs,which can improve students’internationalization ability from two aspects:attaching importance to local internationalization construction and optimizing international exchange programs.
