摘要
由教育部主导制定的职业院校专业教学标准是指导职业院校专业教学的纲领性文件,也是国家职业教育教学标准体系的基本组成部分。职业院校专业教学标准具有浓厚的教学论意义,主要体现在保证了专业教学的标准化,实现了专业教学的操作化,揭示了专业教学的过程性,体现了专业教学的教育性,强化了专业教学的实践性等。专业教学标准的实施主体是各职业院校,实施的空间是学校情境,因而主要是一种校本化实施。专业教学国家标准的校本化实施基本行动框架包括五个维度:一是基于专业教学的需要建设专业教学团队;二是基于专业的性质与特点选择课程模式;三是基于课程的性质与特点创新课程实施方式;四是基于学校的内外部环境改进教学条件;五是基于专业的内涵与历史培育专业文化。专业教学标准的校本化实施就是各职业院校在这五个维度进行整体推进,从而保证专业教学的质量以服务经济社会发展对人才的需求。
The professional teaching standards of vocational colleges formulated under the guidance of the Ministry of education is a programmatic document guiding the professional teaching of vocational colleges,and it is also a basic part of the national vocational education teaching standard system.The professional teaching standards in vocational colleges have strong pedagogical significance,mainly reflected in:ensuring the standardization of professional teaching;realizing the operationalization of professional teaching;revealing the process of professional teaching;reflecting the educational nature of professional teaching;strengthening the practicality of professional teaching.The main body of the implementation of professional teaching standards is the vocational colleges,and the implementation space is the school situation,so it is mainly a school-based implementation.The basic action framework for the school-based implementation of national standards for professional teaching includes five dimensions:1.building professional teaching teams based on the needs of professional teaching;2.choose the course mode based on the nature and characteristics of the major;3.innovate the way of curriculum implementation based on the nature and characteristics of the curriculum;4.improve teaching conditions based on the internal and external environment of the school;5.cultivate professional culture based on professional connotation and history.The school-based implementation of professional teaching standards is the overall promotion of vocational colleges in these five dimensions,so as to ensure the quality of professional teaching and serve the needs of economic and social development for talents.
