摘要
聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)是丙烯酰胺自身或与其他单体发生聚合反应形成的一类高分子物质。由于聚丙烯酰胺分子结构中包含酰胺基,容易形成氢键,因此它具有出色的水溶性和化学性质,在油气开采、水处理、制浆造纸、矿物加工、生物和农业等行业中具有广泛的应用。但在聚丙烯酰胺的生产和使用过程中,聚合物的水解会导致产品的物理或化学性质发生改变,使聚合物部分或全部失去原来的功能特性,降低聚丙烯酰胺的应用效果。本文对聚丙烯酰胺的水解机理进行介绍,根据抑制聚丙烯酰胺水解的方式不同,总结了工业领域主要抑制方法,为抑制聚丙烯酰胺水解提高聚丙烯酰胺的应用性能研究奠定了基础。
PAM is a type of polymeric material formed by the polymerization reaction of acrylamide alone or with other monomers.Owing to the presence of amide groups in PAM molecule,hydrogen bonds are easily formed.Because of its excellent solubility and chemical properties,it is wide-ly applied in the fields of oil and gas extraction,water treatment,pulp and paper making,mineral processing,biotechnology and agriculture.Howev-er,during the manufacture and application of PAM,the hydrolysis of the polymer may result in changes in the physical or chemical characteristics of the product,leading to the partial or complete loss of the original functional properties of the polymer,thus reducing the utility of the PAM.In this pa-per,the mechanism of hydrolysis of PAM and was reviewed,and the main inhibition methods of PAM were summarized,which established the basis for the study of inhibiting the hydrolysis of PAM.
