采煤机是现代化煤矿生产的关键设备之一。其性能与煤炭产能成正比关系。某矿现有采煤机在工作过程中主要依靠操作人员结合煤层分布情况对截割滚筒进行高度调整,调整精度不高、耗时长、劳动强度高,一旦出现失误,会造成触顶事故,不利于煤矿高效安全生产。因此,需要对采煤机进行技术改造,设计采煤机自动控制系统。基于采煤机总体结构及工作流程,合理实施采煤机主要部件选型和控制系统设计。其中主要部件选型主要涉及牵引机构和牵引电机选型、截割机构和截割电机选型、液压系统结构选型等;控制线传统设计则包括硬件设计、控制器选型、控制系统软件设计三部分内容。为验证采煤机结构与控制系统的应用可行性,采用工业性应用试验开展系统应用分析,进而确认系统可满足采煤机控制的基本功能要求。

Coal mining machine is one of the key equipment for modern coal mine production.Its performance is directly proportional to coal production capacity.The existing coal mining machine in a certain mine mainly relies on operators to adjust the height of the cutting drum based on the distribution of coal seams.The adjustment accuracy is not high,it is time-consuminglong,and the labor intensity is high.Once an error occurs,it will cause a roof touching accident,which is not conducive to the efficient and safe production of the coal mine.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out technical transformation on the coal mining machine and design an automatic control system for the coal mining machine.Based on the overall structure and workflow of the coal mining machine,reasonably implement the selection of the main components of the coal mining machine and the design of the control system.The selection of main components mainly involves the selection of traction mechanism and traction motor,cutting mechanism and cutting motor,hydraulic system structure,etc;The traditional design of control lines includes three parts:hardware design,controller selection,and control system software design.To verify the feasibility of the application of the structure and control system of the coal mining machine,industrial application tests were conducted to conduct system application analysis and confirm that the system can meet the basic functional requirements of the coal mining machine control.
