基于囊袋封孔技术的钻孔间距优化研究

摘要 在“切顶短壁梁”原理的基础上,利用定向聚能爆破来截断顶板岩体的应力转移链条,实现了切顶成巷的目的。在爆破动载荷下,要使两个钻孔之间形成贯通裂隙,实现切顶效果,又要确保巷道的稳定性,钻孔间距是关键。以山东翟镇11503W工作面切顶成巷爆破工艺为研究对象,采用现场试验、理论分析相结合的方法,研究翟镇煤矿切顶爆破钻孔在0.5m、1.0m、1.1m间距下爆生裂隙扩展规律,确定合适的钻孔间距及封孔囊袋。结果表明:对于不同封孔囊袋,1.5m单囊袋可以满足爆破孔的封孔需要,孔间距为1m时孔内出现了明显的爆生裂隙,总长度约7m,爆破效果与经济性最佳。 Based on the principle of“roof-cutting short-wall beam”,directional energy blasting is used to cut off the stress transfer chain of the roof rock body,realizing the purpose of roof-cutting to form a roadway.Under the dynamic load of blasting,the spacing of drilling holes is the key to make the formation of through fissures between two holes to realize the effect of cutting the roof,but also to ensure the stability of the roadway.Zhai Town,Shandong Province,11503 W working face cut the top of the roadway blasting process as a research object,using field tests,theoretical analysis of the combination of methods,Zhai Town coal mine cut the top of the blasting drill holes in the 0.5 m,1.0 m,1.1 m spacing under the bursting fissure expansion law,to determine the appropriate spacing of the drill holes and the sealing bag.The results show that:for different sealing bags,1.5 m single bag can meet the sealing needs of blasting holes,and when the hole spacing is 1 m,there are obvious explosive fissures in the holes,with a total length of about 7 m,which is the best blasting effect and economy.
