摘要
纳米载体技术的发展为多种疾病治疗提供了新技术手段,环糊精及其衍生物因其独特的化学性质和优异的生物相容性在生物医学领域应用广泛。本实验通过探究环糊精类聚阳离子材料的合成改性与自组装性能,构建用于基因治疗的纳米载体并研究其基本性质,使学生掌握聚阳离子纳米载体材料制备的基本原理和常用表征方法。本实验专为我校生物医学工程专业生物医学材料综合实验课程开设,面向大三年级本科生。实验设计来源于医用高分子领域的前沿研究成果,有助于激发学生的科研兴趣,在开拓科学视野的同时培养创新精神。
The development of nano-delivery technology provides a new strategy for the treatment of various diseases.Cyclodextrin and its derivatives are widely used in the field of biomedicine because of their unique chemical properties and excellent biocompatibility.In this experiment for undergraduate students,we constructed nano-delivery systems for gene therapy and studied their properties by exploring the synthesis,modification and self-assembly performance of cyclodextrin-based polycation materials.From the experiment the students could learn the basic principles of preparation and characterization methods of polycation nanocarriers.This experiment is specially set up for the comprehensive experiment course of biomedical materials majored in biomedical engineering in our school,and it is aimed at the third-year undergraduates.The design of this experiment is derived from the cutting-edge research progress in the field of medical polymers,which will help stimulate students’scientific research interest and cultivate innovative spirit while broadening their scientific horizons.
