摘要 本文研究了“活性炭吸附+催化燃烧”工艺在挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)治理中的联合应用,以提高现代化工废气处理系统的效率和环保性能。首先,详细介绍了该工艺的基本原理,包括活性炭吸附、脱附和催化燃烧的机理,以及影响催化燃烧反应的主要因素。随后,阐述了活性炭废气处理系统的主要处理工序与原理,包括废气的捕集、多级过滤、活性炭吸附和催化燃烧等阶段。在活性炭吸附+催化燃烧系统方案中,系统通过多级过滤确保废气在进入设备前达到清洁无害的标准。活性炭在吸附阶段通过其巨大表面积和微孔结构有效吸附废气中的有机物,将其转化为对人体无害的气体。随着活性炭吸附的饱和,通过吹扫干热空气进行脱附再生,维持活性炭床的吸附能力。脱附后的废气进入催化燃烧装置,在催化剂的作用下高效氧化燃烧,将有机物完全分解为水和二氧化碳。系统设计中,燃烧产生的热量被用于加热活性炭吸附系统和预处理废气,提高整个系统的能源利用率。 This article studies the joint application of the“activated carbon adsorption+catalytic combustion”process in the treatment of vol-atile organic compounds(VOCs),in order to improve the efficiency and environmental performance of modern chemical waste gas treatment systems.Firstly,the basic principles of this process were introduced in detail,including the mechanisms of activated carbon adsorption,desorption,and catalyt-ic combustion,as well as the main factors affecting catalytic combustion reactions.Subsequently,the main processing steps and principles of the acti-vated carbon waste gas treatment system were elaborated,including the stages of waste gas capture,multi-stage filtration,activated carbon adsorption,and catalytic combustion.In the activated carbon adsorption+catalytic combustion system scheme,the system ensures that the exhaust gas reaches a clean and harmless standard before entering the equipment through multi-stage filtration.During the adsorption stage,activated carbon effectively ad-sorbs organic substances in waste gas through its huge surface area and microporous structure,converting them into harmless gases for human health.With the saturation of activated carbon adsorption,desorption regeneration is carried out by blowing dry hot air to maintain the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon bed.The desorbed exhaust gas enters the catalytic combustion device and is efficiently oxidized and burned under the action of the catalyst,completely decomposing organic matter into water and carbon dioxide.In system design,the heat generated by combustion is used to heat the activated carbon adsorption system and pre-treat exhaust gas,improving the energy utilization efficiency of the entire system.
