摘要
使用干法制备氧化玉米淀粉来软化硬水可以实现易降解、低成本、高效率等优点,本文深刻探讨了玉米淀粉的理化性质、淀粉羧基含量变化影响、机械活化氧化玉米淀粉软化硬水的机理及体系对Ca^(2+)结合能力变化的影响,深刻探究了pH值、温度、Ca^(2+)初始浓度等因素对氧化玉米淀粉软化硬水的能力所带来的影响,最后对氧化玉米淀粉应用于硬水软化的前景进行了展望。
The use of dry method to prepare oxidized corn starch to soften hard water can achieve the advantages of easy degradation,low cost,and high efficiency.This article deeply explores the physicochemical properties of corn starch,the influence of changes in starch carboxyl con-tent,the mechanism of mechanical activation of oxidized corn starch to soften hard water,and the influence of the system on the changes in calcium ion coordination ability.The impact of factors such as pH value,temperature,and initial concentration of calcium ions on the ability of oxidized corn starch to soften hard water was emphasized.Finally,the prospects for the application of oxidized corn starch in hard water softening were discussed.
