钎焊压力对GH4099蜂窝夹层结构焊接质量影响研究

摘要 针对GH4099蜂窝夹层结构钎焊制备,开展了不同压力下夹层结构应力应变仿真分析和真空钎焊试验验证。结果表明:钎焊压力作用下,面板与蜂窝接触位置及蜂窝芯格中心处面板存在应力应变集中;随着压力增加,结构变形逐渐增加,焊合质量有所提升;当压力增大至0.1 MPa时,结构基本完全焊合。为保证结构焊接质量并减少蓄热,最佳钎焊压力为0.1 MPa,此时结构等效平面压缩强度为10.4 MPa。 Focusing on the manufacturing of GH4099 honeycomb sandwich structure,simulation analyses of stress and strain and brazing experiments about sandwich structure with different brazing pressures were carried out.Results show that there were stress concentrations in the contact area between honeycomb and plate and center of honey-comb core.With the increasing of brazing pressure,height deformation of sandwich structure increased and the joining quality was promoted.When the brazing pressure was increased to 0.1 MPa,sandwich structure was almost fully brazed.To guarantee the brazing quality of sandwich structure and reduce thermal storage,the most suitable brazing pressure was set at 0.1 MPa,when the compressive strength of sandwich structure was 10.4 MPa.
