复合式电容压力变送器的开发和应用

摘要 传统的压力变送器是由一个压力检测单元、一套电路转换放大模块组成,将液体、气体或蒸汽的差压(压力)、流量、液位等工艺参数转换成统一的标准电压或电流信号输出,以实现工业过程的连续检测和自动控制。由于用户现场需要测量的工业参数很多,安装在现场的变送器数量众多,安装现场测量系统布局设计难度大,管道布局连接和电气接线连接复杂,占用空间大,不符合压力变送器集成化、小型化的发展趋势要求。新设计的复合式电容压力变送器由多个压力检测单元和复合式转换部件组成,一台复合式电容压力变送器等同于几台压力变送器,其复合测量系统在过程控制和工厂自动化测量中的作用更智能,可提高测量效率,更有利于数据的集中采集和分析;减少了安装在现场的变送器数量,降低了安装现场测量系统布局设计难度;节省了管道和电气接线空间,降低了用户采购成本,应用范围和发展前景都非常广阔。 The traditional pressure transmitters are composed of a pressure detection unit and a set of circuit conversion amplification modules,which convert the differential pressure(pressure),flow rate,liquid level and other process parameters of liquid,gas or steam into a unified standard voltage or current signal output to achieve continuous detection and automatic control of industrial processes.Due to the large number of industrial parameters that users need to measure on site,and the large number of transmitters installed on site,the layout design of the measurement system on site is difficult,and the pipeline layout connection and electrical wiring connection are complex,occupying a large space,which does not meet the development trend requirements of pressure transmitter integration and miniaturization.The newly designed composite capacitive pressure transmitter can be composed of multiple pressure detection units and composite conversion components.One combined type capacitive pressure transmitter is equivalent to several pressure transmitters,and its composite measurement system is more intelligent in process control and factory automation measurement,improving measurement efficiency and facilitating centralized data collection and analysis.Reduced the number of transmitters installed on site and reduced the difficulty of layout design for on-site measurement systems.It saves space for pipelines and electrical wiring,reduces user procurement costs,and has a wide range of applications and development prospects.
