大数据赋能高校学生事务管理的价值逻辑与实践进路

数据是当今社会的重要生产要素,大数据作为激发数据生产要素的关键技术在社会各领域被广泛应用。在大数据赋能下,高校学生事务管理的协同性、精确性、高效性、细腻性和前瞻性得到了显著提高,但同时也暴露出量化边界模糊、数据信息失真、责任分配机制混乱、唯数据主义以及学生隐私和数据安全难以保障等问题。高校管理人员为追求数字上的满意度,在实际工作中更偏向服务人员,逐渐偏离高校学生事务管理立德树人的宗旨。高校的学生事务管理要把握大数据赋能的尺度和边界,破解大数据应用的现实瓶颈,警惕将工具与目标的本末倒置。

Data is an important production factor in current society.Big data is widely used as a key technology to stimulate the data production.With the power of big data,the synergy,precision,ef⁃ficiency,delicacy and foresight of student affairs management in colleges and universities have been significantly improved.At the same time,it also reveals that quantitative boundary blur,data infor⁃mation distortion,responsibility allocation mechanism confusion,data-only and student privacy and data security are difficult to protect.In order to pursue the satisfaction of the numbers,the ad⁃ministrative staffs in the actual work tend to be more than service personnel,gradually deviate from the university student affairs management of the purpose of setting up people.Student affairs man⁃agement in colleges and universities should grasp the scales and boundaries of big data empower⁃ment,solve the real bottleneck of big data applications,and be vigilant to invert tools and goals.
