摘要
为了解突发公共卫生事件后大学生的焦虑和抑郁状况,2022年9—10月,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、9项患者健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)和自制问卷在四川省某高校开展问卷调查。结果显示:16.6%、61.8%的大学生存在不同程度焦虑、抑郁症状,且结果呈现显著的性别、年级及长居地等差异;大学生的学习受影响程度显著高于日常生活(日常生活:3.04±1.147,学习:3.11±1.183,p<0.001);积极适应并主动做出行为调整的大学生心理健康水平更高。突发公共卫生事件后大学生的焦虑、抑郁症状持续存在,女性、高年级、乡镇及经历过相关管控的学生亟需高度关注,高校需重视公共卫生事件对大学生心理健康的持续影响,积极应对并引导大学生及时做出积极的行为调整可有效地提高其心理健康水平。
In order to understand the anxiety and depression status of college students after public health emergencies,a questionnaire survey was conducted in a college in Sichuan Province from September to October 2022 by using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),nine symptom checklist of the Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9)and self-made questionnaires.The result showed that 16.6%and 61.8%of college students had has symptoms of anxiety and depression in different degrees.The result showed significant differences in gender,grade and place of residence.College students′study was significantly more affected than their daily life(daily life:3.04±1.147,study:3.11±1.183,p<0.001).College students who actively adapt and make behavioral adjustment have higher mental health level.Anxiety and depression symptoms persist among college students after public health emergencies,and women,senior students,students from townships and those who have experienced related controls need to be highly concerned.Colleges should pay attention to the continuous impact of public health events on college students′mental health,and actively respond to and guide college students to make positive behavioral adjustments in time can effectively improve their mental health level.
