摘要
现有抓手式高尔夫球回收装置需对高尔夫球逐个抓取,拾取效率较低、容易抓取失败;且吸取式高尔夫球回收装置对卡在缝隙或角落里高尔夫球吸取效果较差。拟提出一种利用机械臂夹球和流体抽吸功能的高尔夫球回收装置,可实现有多种拾取模式切换,适用的场景范围更广,更加实用;且通过将吸球机构的抽吸管与夹球机构上的转动臂相对定位设置,机械结构更加简单,抽吸管可通过转动臂来带动实现进球口角度的定位调整,大大提高了拾球的可靠性和拾球效率,结构紧凑,设计巧妙、新颖,更加方便智能。
The existing gripper golf ball recycling device needs to pick up the golf balls one by one,which is low in picking efficiency and is prone to failure in picking up;And the suction golf ball recycling device has poor effect on the suction of golf balls stuck in gaps or corners.A golf ball recycling device with the function of ball clamping and fluid suction functions by mechanical arm is proposed,which can realize multiple picking modes switching,and is more applicable to a wider range of scenarios.And by positioning the suction tube of the ball suction mechanism and the rotating arm of the ball clamping mechanism,the mechanical structure is simpler.The suction straw can be driven by the rotating arm to realize the positioning adjustment of the goal opening angle,which greatly improves the reliability and efficiency of picking up the ball.The structure is compact,cleverly designed,novel,and more convenient and intelligent.
