协商民主视角下老旧小区更新机制的探究——以上海市228街坊为例

Research on Renewal Mechanism of Old Residential Areas from Perspective of Consultative Democracy——Taking 228 Neighborhoods in Shanghai as example

人民城市人民建,人民城市为人民,实现老旧小区换代升级,是实现城市更新的必由之路,协商民主理论为城市更新背景下老旧小区更新以及城市高质量发展提供了新的分析思路。本文以上海市228街坊为研究样本,根据协商民主理论,构建“理念—主体—过程—结果”的分析框架,探讨老旧小区成功改造升级的实践机制,以期为后续的实践工作提供积极参考。

The people's city is built by the people as well as for the people.The upgrading of old residential areas is the only way to achieve urban renewal.The theory of consultative democracy provides new analytical ideas for the renewal of old communities and high-quality urban development in the context of urban renewal.This paper takes 228 neighborhoods in Shanghai as sample,introduces the theory of consultative democracy,constructs an analytical framework of"concept-subject-process-result",and explores the practical mechanism of the successful renovation and upgrading of old communities,in order to provide positive reference for subsequent practical work.
