基于高效低成本的轨道交通装备复合材料成型工艺研究

摘要 随着材料技术的发展,碳纤维复合材料正在轨道交通装备领域实现从非承力件到次承力件再到主承力件过渡应用,但是现阶段主要以部件实现成型为主,未充分考虑高效低成本的技术开展。针对轨道交通装备领域复合材料成型技术的应用,总结梳理现有典型部件的成型技术特点,充分借鉴航空系统等其他高端装备制造行业的技术积累,结合轨道交通对于结构与材料多元化的发展需求,探寻非热压罐成型技术、液体成型技术以及自动铺放技术等高效低成本成型技术的发展,提高复合材料部件的成型质量,以实现碳纤维复合材料在轨道交通装备领域的成熟应用。 Following the development of material technology,carbon fiber composite materials have switched from non-bearing parts to secondary load-bearing parts and then to main load-bearing parts in the field of rail transit equipment.At present,however,people mainly focus on component molding without considering too much about the development of efficient and low-cost technology.In response to the application of composite material forming technology in the field of rail transit equipment,this paper summarizes and sorts out the characteristics of existing typical component molding technology,fully draw on the technological accumulation of other high-end equipment manufacturing industries,such as the aviation system,and combine the development needs of diversified structures and materials in rail transit sector,explore the development of efficient and low-cost molding technologies such as non-thermal autoclave molding technology,liquid molding technology,and automatic laying technology,so as to improve the molding quality of composite material components and achieve a wide application of carbon fiber composite materials in the field of rail transit equipment.
