某20V柴油机各缸冷却水流量不均匀性分析及优化

摘要 柴油机各个缸的冷却水流动状况对柴油机的冷却效能、高温部件的热负荷、整机的热量分布以及能量的有效利用有着直接影响。本文采用CFD软件对某20V柴油机每个缸的冷却水流动进行了数值模拟分析,确定某20V柴油机各缸冷却水流量分配特点,分析造成各缸冷却水流量不均匀性的原因,并提出优化改进方案,为柴油机的冷却水腔优化设计提供了关键的理论支撑,同时为燃烧室组件的热强度估算提供相对精确的边界条件,深入研究多缸柴油机的冷却系统三维数值模拟,可以降低研究费用,节省人力、物力,缩短开发周期,获得一些实验不能准确测量或难以测量的结果。 Cooling water flow complexion of cooling cavities straight affect diesel engine’s cooling efficiency,high temperature part’s hot load,diesel engine’s thermal admeasure and energy utilize.This disquisition use CFD software simulated cooling water flow of one 20V diesel engine’s cooling cavities,figure out cooling water flow status of one 20V diesel engine cooling cavities,analyse the reason of cooling water flux asymmetric of cooling cavities,put forward blue print,providing important foundation optimize blue print of diesel engine cooling cavities,It can also provide more accurate boundaryconditions for the calculation of thermal strength of combustion chamber components.By conducting three-dimensional numerical simulation research on the cooling system of multi cylinder diesel engines,research costs can be reduced,manpower and material resources can be saved,development cycles can be shortened,and some experimental results that cannot be accurately measured or difficult to measure can be obtained.
