放排线摇摆跟随装置的研发

摘要 本文介绍了放排线摇摆跟随装置的研究背景以及工作原理。为了满足切割的要求,母线必须具有优良的弯曲疲劳强度、良好扭曲性能和高抗拉强度等物理性能。在加工中,必须保护母线不受损。针对母线斜拉导致母线与母线之间产生摩擦,表面易产划痕和表面伤痕等不良状况。本文设计了放排线摇摆跟随装置,经过应用验证,大大降低母线摩擦,减少其断线率,保证母线的物理性能。 This paper introduces the research background and working principle of the swing follower.The busbar must possess excellent bending fatigue strength,good twisting performance and high tensile strength to cut.It should be processed without being damaged.The swing follower is designed to reduce the friction between busbars caused by the stayed cable,easily-produced scratches and the like.It has been verified that the friction is greatly reduced so as to decrease the broken rate and therefore ensure the physical properties of the busbar.
