增压器的匹配计算与应用分析

摘要 发动机设计工作中的“三化”是内燃机生产专业化的基础,其中的零部件通用化保证了同一系列机型中,各机型的零部件能够互换通用,减小内燃机工业中零部件的数目和种类。其中影响发动机性能的关键零部件-涡轮增压器也尽量遵循通用化原则。本文分析了涡轮增压器A、B匹配同一系列发动机的情况,通过对试验数据分析,得出A涡轮增压器匹配同一转速不同功率发动机的联合运行线情况,及B涡轮增压器匹配不同转速同一功率发动机的联合运行线情况。 The"three-in-one"in the design of diesel engines is the basis for the specialization of internal combustion engine production.The generalization of parts ensure that the parts of each model can be interchangeably used in the same series of models,it also can reduce number and type of parts in the internal combustion engine industry.The key part that affects the performance of the diesel engine-the turbocharger also follows the generalization principle.This paper analyzes the situation that the turbocharger A and B match the same series of diesel engines.Through the analysis of the test data,it is educed the combined operation lines of A turbocharger matching diesel engines with different power but the same speed,and the combined operation lines of B turbocharger matching diesel engines with different speed but the same power.
