换挡策略对CHTC-D循环油耗影响的试验研究

摘要 基于31T的工程自卸车开展CHTC-D循环下油耗的试验研究,验证了不同换挡策略下,整车在CHTC-D循环下油耗以及最优油耗换挡策略下的排放符合性。结果表明:搭载满足国六排放标准的柴油发动机,基于不同的换挡策略,发动机的运行工况差异较大,换挡转速越低,发动机的运行工况越集中于发动机经济的工况范围内,通过换挡转速的优化,CHTC-D循环下油耗有较大幅度的降低,具备达成未来油耗法规限值的潜力。在油耗最优的换挡策略下CHTC-D循环的排放污染物均可满足国六整车排放测试标准。 An experimental study on fuel consumption in CHTC-D cycle was carried out based on a 31T engineering dump truck,and the emission compliance of the vehicle under different shifting strategies and optimal shifting strategies for fuel consumption in CHTC-D cycle was verified.The results show that:It is equipped with diesel engines that meet CN6b emission standards.Based on different shifting strategies,engine operating conditions differ greatly.The lower the shifting speed,the more engine operating conditions are concentrated in the range of engine economic working conditions.Under the optimal shift strategy of fuel consumption,the emission pollutants of CHTC-D cycle can meet the emission test standards of CN6b vehicle.
