摘要
汽车发动机缸盖开裂是缸盖开发中一种较为常见的故障,涉及设计、铸造、热处理、原材料、机加工,试验过程等诸多因素。本文针对某汽油发动机耐久试验过程中出现的铝合金缸盖水套与排气道间出现开裂漏水案例,结合金相,电镜,断口分析等手段,对开裂的原因进行了分析。利用计算机仿真技术,通过优化缸盖结构,解决了缸盖开裂问题,获得了良好的经济效益。这些措施对于相同类型的产品具有相同效果,为解决复杂铝合金缸盖开裂问题提供了指导意义。
Automotive engine cylinder head cracking is a common problem in cylinder head development.involving design,casting,heat treatment,raw materials,machining,test process and many other factors.In this paper,according to the case of cracking and leaking,between the water jacket and the exhaust passage of the aluminum alloy cylinder head,in the process of gasoline engine test,the causes of cracking were analyzed by means of metallography,electron microscopy and fracture analysis.Using computer simulation technology,through optimizing the structure of the cylinder head,solved the problem of cylinder head cracking,obtained good economic benefits.these measures for the same type of products have the same effect,to solve the complex aluminum alloy cylinder head cracking problem provides guidance significance.
