智能制造对提升高精密零件精密程度的深入研究

摘要 随着智能制造的不断发展,复杂轴类零件的加工和质检问题逐渐凸显。本研究以凸轮轴为代表,利用CPS系统智能融合技术,研发出适用于复杂轴类零件智能生产线作业特点的视觉检测技术及装备。该技术具有质检定制化、操作简易化、显示人性化等特点,可有效解决凸轮轴表面形状异型、高精度磨削加工反光等难题,实现高质量的质检数据采集,为质量追溯、设备智能运维和工艺优化提供大数据基础。 With the continuous development of intelligent manufacturing,the processing and quality inspection of complex shaft parts become increasingly prominent.In this study,camshaft is taken as the representative,and CPS system intelligent fusion technology is used to develop vision detection technology and equipment suitable for complex shaft parts intelligent production line operation characteristics.The technology has the characteristics of customization of quality inspection,easy operation and humanized display.It can effectively solve the problems of irregular camshaft surface shape and reflection in high-precision grinding,and realize high-quality quality inspection data collection,providing the big data basis for quality traceability,intelligent equipment operation and process optimization.
