高速切削技术在汽车制造中的应用

摘要 高速切削技术是当今世界先进制造技术之一。高速加工的实质是在保证刀具寿命、加工质量的前提下,以尽可能小的切深和进给速度进行高精度和高效率的加工过程。随着现代汽车工业的发展,对汽车零件的高精密度、低粗糙度要求越来越高;而传统的车身及零部件加工方式已无法满足生产需求,因此高速切削技术逐渐在汽车制造业中得到了广泛的应用。本文主要介绍了车用高速钻削与铣削工艺方法以及应用效果,并对目前存在的问题进行了分析探讨。 High speed cutting technology is one of the advanced manufacturing technologies in the world today.The essence of high-speed machining is to carry out high-precision and high-efficiency machining processes with minimal cutting depth and feed speed while ensuring tool life and machining quality.With the development of modern automotive industry,the requirements for high precision and low roughness of automotive parts are becoming increasingly high;However,traditional machining methods for car bodies and components are no longer able to meet production needs,so high-speed cutting technology has gradually been widely applied in the automotive manufacturing industry.This article mainly introduces the methods and application effects of high-speed drilling and milling technology for vehicles,and analyzes and explores the current problems.
