This paper introduces the risks in the supply chain management of the new energy vehicle industry,uses the risk analysis process to identify and evaluate the supply chain management of new energy vehicle manufacturers,and clarifies the key role of supply chain management in the production of new energy vehicles.At the same time,according to the characteristics of new energy vehicle manufacturers,this paper analyzes the risks of core components of new energy vehicles in logistics and transportation,price fluctuations,"stuck neck"technology and geopolitics,and proposes that new energy vehicle manufacturers should improve the resilience of supply chain management,actively respond to changes and challenges in the external environment,reduce production interruptions and capacity losses,and ensure stable and healthy production and terminal delivery.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the supply chain management of new energy vehicle manufacturers,provides management guidance and decision-making support for enterprises,enhances the flexibility,adaptability and resilience of the supply chain,and enhances the competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises.
