[研究目的]梳理情报文化的生成机理,阐述美国情报文化的主要内容。[研究方法]该文梳理了美国情报文化的发展脉络,剖析了美国情报文化的生成机理,并从情报观、情报协调、情报分析、安全与反情报、情报谋略等角度,剖析了美国情报文化的主要内容,从而为情报文化乃至兵学文化的研究提供一个基本范式。[研究结论]情报文化是影响情报工作的重要因素,它有效解释了各国情报工作之间的差异。情报文化具有恒久稳定性,但国家安全环境的变化、国家对外战略取向的改革、灾难性的情报失误、审时度势的决策者的出现,都会重塑情报文化。

[Research purpose]To summarize the formation mechanism of intelligence culture,and elaborate the main content of American intelligence culture.[Research method]The paper combs the development of American intelligence culture,analyzes its formation mechanism and main contents from the perspectives of intelligence view,intelligence coordination,intelligence analysis,security and counterintelligence,and intelligence strategy,thus provides a paradigm for the study of intelligence culture and military culture.[Research conclusion]The intelligence culture is an important factor affecting the intelligence work,which effectively explains the differences among the intelligence work of different countries.The intelligence culture has lasting stability,while the change of the national security environment,the reform of the national foreign strategic orientation,the catastrophic intelligence failure,and the emergence of wise decision-makers will reshape the intelligence culture.
