300MW燃煤锅炉掺烧生活污泥试验研究

摘要 为研究燃煤锅炉掺烧生活污泥的影响规律,对掺混污泥比例0%、10%、15%得到的三种混合燃料进行燃料特性和灰熔融特性分析研究,通过调控送入锅炉的混合燃料量,分别在广东某电厂300MW燃煤锅炉50%负荷和满负荷工况下开展现场燃烧试验,检测锅炉燃烧及污染物排放等指标,分析电厂锅炉系统、风烟系统、现有烟气净化系统的运行情况。结果表明:该锅炉掺烧污泥比例在15%以下时,电厂各系统均能稳定运行,烟气污染物满足超低排放要求。 In order to study the influence of blending domestic sludge in coal-fired boilers,three kinds of blended fuels obtained by blending 0%,10%and 15%of sludge were analyzed and studied in terms of fuel characteristics and ash melting characteristics,and the field combustion test was carried out in a 300MW coal-fired boiler of a power plant in Guangdong at 50%and full load respectively by adjusting the amount of blended fuels sent to the boiler to test the combustion of the boiler and the emission of pollutants and other indicators,and analyzing the operation of the boiler system,wind and smoke system,and the existing flue gas purification system of the power plant.The results show that when the sludge mixing ratio of the boiler is below 15%,all systems of the power plant can operate stably and the flue gas pollutants meet the requirements of ultra-low emission.
