摘要
我国高碱煤储量丰富,但因其中高含量的碱金属(特别是钠)难以清洁、安全地燃烧。高碱煤灰熔点低,适用于液态排渣炉,液态排渣技术有望解决高碱煤燃烧中的沾污结渣问题。本文在300MW液态排渣锅炉上进行了神华低钠煤的掺盐试验,试验包括无掺烧、单渣室掺烧以及双渣室掺烧三种工况。结果表明:掺盐对灰渣矿物成分影响不大,钠富集于飞灰中,液态排渣的方式起到一定的捕钠效果。在液态排渣炉上的低钠煤掺盐试验模拟了高碱煤在液态排渣炉中的燃烧表现,为后续液态排渣炉全烧高碱煤打下一定的基础,有助于高碱煤的大规模燃用。
Although the reserves of high-alkali coal is sufficient in China,the combustion of high-alkali coal is limited due to problems of fouling and slagging resulted from its high content of alkali metals(especially sodium).The melting point is relatively lower,which makes liquid deslagging technology suitable for solving the problem of fouling and slagging in furnace fueled with high-alkali coal.Experiments of combusting low-sodium coal mixed with salt were carried out in a 300MW slag-tapping furnace of power plant,in which three combustion modes were involved in,no adulteration,single slag chamber blending and double slag chamber blending.The results show that salt mixing has little effect on mineral composition of ash and slag,while high content of sodium is found in fly ash,and liquid deslagging helps capture sodium.Experiment of combusting low-sodium coal mixed with salt in slag-tapping furnace simulates the combustion performance of high-alkali coal in slag-tapping furnace,which provieds reference for firing of high-alkali coal in slag-tapping furnace and large-scale combustion of high-alkali coal.
