Exceptional special education teachers are an important force for special education innovation and entrepreneurship.Exceptional teacher training should focus on the quality core of innovation and compound.The training of special education(Excellent class)in Nanjing Normal University of Special Education combines the advantages and characteristics of the university,deeply integrates innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education,and builds an integrated curriculum system that conforms to the training of exceptional special education teachers.To promote the cultivation of exceptional special education teachers,it should pay attention to promote the cross-disciplinary curriculum integration,deeply integrate case teaching,and strengthen practical teaching and other measures.
