摘要
针对具有复杂性和模糊性且决策准则较多的群决策问题,提出一种基于ELECTRE的Pythagorean模糊群决策方法.首先给出Pythagorean模糊集的定义,随后提出Pythagorean模糊下的和谐集、不和谐集的概念,进而探讨了Pythagorean模糊下的全局和谐性指数、全局不和谐性指数,最后构建了Pythagorean模糊下偏好关系的群决策方法,并进行了案例分析.结果表明ELECTRE法和Pythagorean模糊集相结合不仅能有效降低模型复杂度,而且应用领域将得到进一步扩展.
With complexity and ambiguity and more decision-making rules of group decision-making problems,this paper proposes a Pythagorean fuzzy group decision-making method based on ELECTRE.This paper defines the fuzzy sets of Pythagorean,and then gives the definition of harmony and disharmony set under the fuzzy sets of Pythagorean,and then discusses fuzzy overall harmony and disharmony.Finally it gives the method of fuzzy preference relation under the Pythagorean building.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by a case study.
