高校“党班团社一体化”实践路径探究——以韶关学院文学与传媒学院为例

Exploration of the Practice Path of the“Integration of Party,Class,Youth League and Society”in Universities——Taking the School of Literature and Media of Shaoguan University as an Example

高校“班团一体化”建设是共青团中央改革创新高校共青团工作的重点内容,在激发班团创造力的同时,也提升了高校思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性。在新形势下,韶关学院(以下简称“学校”)结合高校学生管理工作特点,针对高校基层党组织与班级、团支部、学生社区自我管理委员会(以下简称“社委会”)联系不紧密的问题,在二级学院进行“党班团社一体化”运行机制的创新探索与具体实践,形成了特色鲜明的“党班团社一体化”管理模式,育人成效显著。

The construction of“class and league integration”in universities is a key content of the Central Reform and Innovation of the Communist Youth League in the work of the Communist Youth League in universities.While stimulating the creativity of the class and league,it also enhances the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education work in universities.In the new situation,Shaoguan University(hereinafter referred to as“the school”),in combination with the characteristics of student management work in universities,has innovatively explored and implemented the“Integration of Party,Class,Youth League and Society”operating mechanism in secondary colleges to address the issue of weak connections between grassroots party organizations,classes,Youth League branches,and student community self-management committees(hereinafter referred to as“social committees”),forming a distinctive"Integration of Party,Class,Youth League and Society"management model.Significant results have been achieved in educating people.
