中国式现代化进程中推进农业现代化发展的理论逻辑、现实短板与实践进路

Theoretical Logic,Realistic Shortcomings and Practical Approaches of Promoting Agricultural Modernization in the Process of Chinese Modernization

农业现代化水平直接影响我国加快建设农业强国的发展进程,切实关乎中华民族伟大复兴的战略布局。对标“中国式现代化”的本质要求,需廓清当前我国农业现代化在体系、链条以及主体领域中的发展短板、识别主要制约因素。就目前来看,我国农业现代化主要面临着土地流转体系和金融供给体系的不完善、农业全产业链布局的不健全、涉农主体自主参与意识较为薄弱的问题。鉴于此,要进一步推进我国农业现代化,就要将“共融互促”的实践向度贯穿于补齐农业现代化发展短板始终,通过制度保障与设施完善的共建共融、科技应用与农民素养的共存共融、优质资源与联动机制的共促共融、生态治理和绿色理念的共赢共融,为中国式现代化奠定坚实基础。

The level of agricultural modernization directly affects the development process of our country to accelerate the construction of agricultural power,and it is actually related to the strategic layout of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In order to meet the essential requirements of“Chinese Modernization”,it is necessary to clarify the development shortcomings of China’s agricultural modernization in the system,chains and main fields and identify the main restricting factors.At present,China’s agricultural modernization is mainly faced with the problems of imperfect land circulation system and financial supply system,unsound layout of the whole agricultural industrial chains,and weak awareness of independent participation of agricultural subjects.In view of this,in order to further promote China’s agricultural modernization,the practical dimension of“mutual integration and promotion”should run through the shortcomings of agricultural modernization development.We should lay a solid foundation for Chinese modernization through the mutual construction and integration of institutional guarantee and perfect facilities,the mutual existence and integration of scientific and technological applications and farmers’literacy,the mutual promotion and integration of high-quality resources and linkage mechanisms,and the mutual benefits and integration of ecological governance and green concepts.
