高校图书馆无障碍环境建设的育人功能提升研究——以南京特殊教育师范学院为例

摘要 图书馆无障碍环境建设是高校图书馆育人功能的重要组成部分。南京特殊教育师范学院图书馆无障碍环境建设的经验为:加强无障碍设施改造、提供多样化的无障碍工具、配备专业人员和志愿者、建立无障碍网站和在线服务、培训图书馆工作人员、定期评估和改进、加强与特殊教育相关机构的合作。加强无障碍环境建设可以优化育人文化氛围,实现无障碍服务资源整合与优化,营造普特融合环境。未来可从树立以人为本的人文服务理念、建立长期有效的文化育人制度、建立平等包容的文化服务体系三个方面加强高校图书馆无障碍环境建设。 The construction of barrier-free environment in library is an important component of the educational function of university library.The experience of building barrier-free environment in the library of Nanjing Normal University of Special Education is as follows:strengthen the transformation of barrier-free facilities;provide a variety of barrier-free tools;being staffed with professionals and volunteers;establish barrier-free websites and online services;train library staff;have regular evaluation and improvement;strengthen cooperation with institutions related to special education.Strengthening the construction of barrier-free environment can enhance the cultural atmosphere of education,realize the integration and optimization of barrier-free service resources,and create an inclusive environment.In the future,the barrier-free environment construction of university library can be strengthened from three aspects of establishing people-oriented humanistic service concept,establishing long-term effective cultural education system,and establishing equal and inclusive cultural service system.
