摘要
目前战创伤救治一线液气胸的诊断面临检查手段匮乏、诊断效率低下等难题。电阻抗成像技术是一种无创的成像技术,在重症患者肺通气监测等方面已开展临床应用。近年来,越来越多的研究者关注电阻抗成像在胸腔积气、胸腔积液诊断方面的应用,并取得了令人鼓舞的研究进展。文章拟探讨电阻抗成像技术在战创伤液气胸诊断中的应用价值。
At present,there are challenges in the diagnosis of hydropneumothorax under battlefield conditions,such as lack of examination means and low diagnostic efficiency.Electrical impedance tomography(EIT)is a noninvasive tool,which has been applied to continuous bedside measurement of regional lung ventilation for critical patients.Recently,a growing number of researchers have explored the application of EIT in the diagnosis of pneumothorax and pleural effusion,and the findings are encouraging.The potential value of EIT in the diagnosis of hydropneumothorax under battlefield conditions was discussed in this review.
