系统性护理干预在膝关节骨关节炎患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of systematic nursing intervention in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨应用系统性护理对膝关节骨关节炎患者的关节功能恢复、负性情绪的干预效果。方法选择2022年1-12月收治的80例膝关节骨关节炎患者为实验对象,经由随机数字法划分出对照组(n=40)、观察组(n=40)。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行系统性护理干预方法,比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后观察组关节支撑评分[(5.26±1.27)分]和稳定性评分[(23.46±4.18)分]较对照组[(4.18±0.31)、(20.18±2.17)分]更高(P<0.05);干预后观察组疼痛评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分更低(P<0.05)。结论通过对膝关节骨关节炎患者采用系统性护理干预的护理模式,可使患者膝关节的支撑与稳定性得到改善,使其关节疼痛减轻,使患者负性情绪缓解,生活质量得以提升。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of holistic nursing intervention on joint function recovery and negative emotions in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as experimental subjects,and randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).Patients in the control group were received routine nursing care,while patients in the observation group were received holistic nursing intervention methods.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the knee joint support and stability evaluation,negative emotional evaluation,pain score,and other indicators of the two groups were significantly improved.However,in terms of improvement degree,the observation group had an advantage over the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion By adopting a holistic nursing intervention model for patients with knee osteoarthritis,the support and stability of the patient′s knee joint can be improved and accompanied by the improvement of joint pain,the remission of negative emotions and the improvement of their quality of life.
